The Certificate IV in Ageing Support is available as a full time 75 weeks course. This course is comprised of  units. Students can expect 120 hours of work placement and will need to obtain a Police Check during the first week of the course.

Pre-requisites

Completion of Australian Secondary (Year 12) education or equivalent for Certificate IV courses. Certificate III of Individual Support (33015) prefered. Proficiency in English – Minimum IELTS overall band score of 5.5 and above 18 years old.

Compulsory pre-requisties exist from Certificate III in Individual (5 Units) Industry placement of 120 hours in Employment Based (EBA) needs to be undertaken to successfully complete this course. * HIC delivered electives -subject to change.
