Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015)
Aged Care is a growth industry focused on meeting the needs of an increasingly aged population. Certificate III in Individual Support is an entry level qualification which provides grounding for continued study up to a diploma level. Aged Care workers are employed in a variety of aged care or disability settings including nursing homes, hostels, supported residential services, day care centres and in the client’s home.
The Certificate III in Individual Support is available as a full time 51 weeks course. This course is comprised of 13 units. Students can expect 120 hours of work placement and will need to obtain a Police Check during the first week of the course.

Pre-requisites
Completion of Australian Secondary (Year 11) education or equivalent for Certificate III courses. Proficiency in English and above 18 years old.
